Law Enforcement Officer Mark Snyder caught in fraud scam!

Update: Silverlord1963 changes seller name to southern_treasures_63 after getting caught in fraud scam.
Update: eBay reverses refund to silverlord1963 after review of Snyder's theft.

eBay seller "silverlord1963" Mark Snyder has been caught in a fraudulent eBay scam. Snyder claims to be as he stated a LEO. Most normal people refer to this profession as a Law Enforcement Officer. Snyder is a seller, buyer and collector of U.S currency and miscellaneous mechanical parts and furs. Apparently when he's not working in law enforcement he is stealing from others and running scams on eBay.

Snyder has proven again and again to be a habitual liar. Because he his fraudulent activity I have a hard time believing he is really a police officer. Most officers I have had the opportunity of knowing maintain a higher degree of honor and integrity.

Mark Snyder stole 7 silver certificate star notes and replaced them with torn notes. I was forced to contact eBay because of his harassing messages. eBay chose to side with Snyder because he was the buyer in a transaction. Snyder made many false claims about the notes he purchased. It is obvious now after reading his outrageous lies that fraud was his ultimate goal.

The First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States includes the right of free speech and to criticize others even if the possibility that someone will be offended or angered exists. The information provided is my opinion based on a scam perpetrated by Snyder and is intended to alert the public of brazen illegal activity in the form of scams on the internet. Being in law enforcement he should have acted better. If he really is an officer of the law, his acts are a combination for very dangerous outcomes.

Here's a little tidbit of information; Snyder, the professional law enforcement officer that he is, apparently believes the US government devalued silver certificates. Of course in the history of the United States our currency has never been demonetized.

Partial list of notes which are determined to be stolen property.

After further investigation I found this crooked cop also cherry picked other notes and replaced them with notes from his stash which are torn and soiled. He falsely claimed I sent him a group of notes which did not match photos in the eBay listing which is in fact what he did.
