Job Description

We are hiring for our refinery construction/hard h zone in Cameron!

LOCATION: Cameron, LA (55 miles South of Lake Charles)

POSITION: TWIC Security Professional- Armed

SCHEDULE:  8 days on, 6 days off

SHIFTS: 12-hr shifts

PAY: $25.00 / hour / pays weekly

MUST HAVE ACTIVE TWIC CARD IN HAND, NO RECEIPTS.

MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 21 years of age or older
• Mandory firearm training and experience
• Experience working in direct elements (position is 100% outdoors)
• 5 years of experience in Security or TWIC environment
  • or minimum of 1 year armed security, military or law enforcement
• Experience in security surveillance (a must)

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to pass background and drug screen
• Unexpired Drivers License and Social Security Card (no copies)
• TWIC Card in hand
• Reliable transportion (Locion is remote)
• Able to work 12-hour shifts
• Can stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Can work outdoors as site is 100% outdoors

First interview will be a Live Video Interview.

As an Armed Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Este, Healthcare, Educion, Government and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when approprie, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situions in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random prols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participe in industry specific security/safety training programs
• Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.

*A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
