Wanted: Land or Farm / Homestead / Ranch with Owner Financing (Southern Louisiana -)

Hello! We are a small, hard-working family with polite, older children. We are looking for a nice piece of land to make our forever home and build a small homestead.
Our dream is to grow food, raise small livestock, and live a simple, healthy life. We care about nature and want to take good care of the land.
We are not trying to start a big farm — just a small family homestead where we can live, work, and help our community.
We are looking for **owner financing**. That means we will make monthly payments until we own the land. We are not looking for a shared farm or group property. We want our own land to call home.
What we hope to find:
* Country or small-town land (most land size is welcome)
* Land for gardening, livestock, and RV living
* Water, septic, and power - Already set up
* Land with or without a house or other buildings
* Location: Near Cameron, Creole, Grand Lake in Louisiana (my husband loves ocean fishing and would like to stay within less than an hour away).
About us:
* I (Mrs. Steffi - Wife & Mother) have worked locally at Caniks, as well as the Lighthouse & The Market, all within Cameron, LA.
* Cameron, La, is very much the town we love and would like to stay near if possible.
* A family from Wisconsin, who wanted to live freely and enjoy the warm weather
* Honest, responsible, and long-term buyers
* We care about caring for the land in a way that will improve it
* We want to build a safe, simple life and give back to the community
* Ready to make a fair written deal and move soon (we live out of state now, but want to be closer to family)
