🔹 Laptop or Desktop computer with 8GB of RAM
Google Chrome installed
🔹Operating System - Windows 11 Home or Pro with all Windows updates installed (Windows 10 is not supported)
🔹Mouse and keyboard
🔹USB headset with boom mic
🔹Webcam (built-in or external USB)
🔹PC connected via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password)
🔹Reliable internet with 30Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
🔹 1 Monitor (minimum 19”) (may purchase at a later date)
🔷 Basic Qualifications:
-Must be 18 or older
-U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident
-Pass a background check
(felon-friendly if it’s been over 7yrs)
-Willing to complete client-specific certification
(some may include a fee)
-Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach
-Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
-Problem-solving mindset with adaptability across a variety of call types
-Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
🔹 Who we intend to hire:
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls, conducting professional telephone screenings, and delivering exceptional service through positive and solution-driven interactions.
As a Call Center Agent, you will:
Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries, from verifying account details and assisting with billing questions to troubleshooting technical issues and guiding callers through basic solutions.
Provide compassionate support by addressing healthcare-related questions and helping customers navigate their options with care and clarity.
Assist customers with travel-related needs, such as confirming reservations and providing updates to ensure a smooth experience.
Help customers manage financial services, including explaining credit card benefits and assisting with account security verification.
Build trust and satisfaction by actively listening, identifying customer needs, and providing clear, effective resolutions.
