**Income requirements – 3 times the amount of rent per month
- Application results take 24 – 72 business hours, upon completion you will receive a call with result outcome. If application is approved, we will discuss non-refundable redecorating fee. Must be paid within 72 hours of approval to ensure unit is taken off the market and will be ready for your move in date.
Credit: evictions, repossessions, bankruptcies, unpaid debt to landlord and any utility company, high collection rates, and level of charge offs
Criminal: felonies, upper class misdemeanors, and any sexual offenses
Non-Refundable Redecorating Fee:
In place of a security deposit, we have a non-refundable redecorating fee. This helps lower your upfront move in cost. Fees start at $250.00 but can go as high as the full rental amount depending on your credit screening results.
Pet Policy:
Non-refundable pet deposit $200.00 per pet (2 allowed – breed restrictions)
Monthly pet fee - $25.00 per pet
Maximum pets permitted per apartment is two (2), up to 80 lbs. each pet.
Please note we restrict the following full-breed and predominant breed dogs: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-dog hybrids, Chow-Chows, Husky
